About this project
Born in Catral (Alicante), he has developed an intense career in recent years, both in the sphere of the Orchestra and in that of the Symphonic Band.
Disciple of maestro D. Manuel Hernández Silva, he has complemented his training with maestros D. Álvaro Albiach, D. Jan Cover, D. Karel Mark Chichón, D. Georg Mark, D. Johan de Meij. D. José Rafael Pascual Vilaplana or D. Andrés Salado. As assistant conductor of the Valencia Orchestra, he has worked with conductors such as Josep Caballé, Karel Mark Chichón, Alexander Soddy, Pablo Heras Casado, Eiji Oue, Cristóbal Soler and Ramón Tébar.
In recent years he has conducted with the Cordoba Symphony Orchestra, the “Ciudad de Elche” Orchestra, the Region of Murcia Symphony Orchestra, the Malaga Philharmonic Orchestra, the Extremadura Orchestra and the Valencia Orchestra. In 2017 he obtained the prize granted by the teachers of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Malaga in the 1st Course / Master Orchestra Conducting Competition, which has led him as a guest conductor in the “Frente al Mar” cycle in 2019.
He has been assistant conductor of various meetings of the Andalusian Youth Orchestra (OJA), Spanish National Youth Orchestra (JONDE), and assistant conductor of the Valencia Orchestra in the 2019/20 season.
In January 2022 he won first prize in the Bilbao Musika Orchestra Conducting Competition.
He has been invited conductor by the Musical Society “La Artística” of Buñol in the concert that this formation offered among the activities programmed by the “WASBE Conference 2019”, making the premiere in Europe of David Maslanka’s 10th Symphony, “The River of Time”.
He is currently the principal conductor of the Symphonic Band and Symphonic Orchestra of the Musical Society “La Artistica” of Buñol.
