Jon Rrecaj is 20 years old and  was born in Prishtina, Kosovo. He studies at the Academy of Arts in Prishtina, Kosovo in the class of prof. Shkumbin Bajraktari, a renowned clarinetist in Kosovo. It’s been more than 10 years since he started to learn and play the clarinet, and since then, the love and passion for exploring this wonderful instrument grows enormously day by day! He has participated in lots of concerts, festivals, competitions and masterclasses in Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia and Germany.

I’m thrilled to have the chance to represent Kosovo and to perform albanian folk and modern music during 12th European Clarinet Congress!
